These terms cover using LocalHomi (localhomi.com), which is run by CloudHomi. By using the site or listing a business, you agree to them.

Listing a business

• Listing is free. You must own or manage the business, and the details you give must be true and kept up to date.
• You're responsible for what your listing says and for the pictures you upload. Only upload pictures you have the right to use.
• You let us show your listing and pictures on LocalHomi and in links to it (for example, previews when it's shared), for as long as it's listed.
• We review listings and may decline, edit for clarity, hide or remove any listing, for example if it's inaccurate, not a real local business, or breaks the law or these terms.
• You can remove your listing any time from For businesses.

Ads

Ads are optional and paid. What's included, the price and how long an ad is featured are agreed separately before any work starts. Featured ads are marked as ads.

Using LocalHomi

• Listings are written by the businesses themselves. We check them, but we don't guarantee or endorse any business, its work, prices or hours. Please confirm details with the business.
• Don't misuse the site: no fake listings, spam, scraping, or attempts to break or overload it.

No warranty

LocalHomi is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, CloudHomi isn't liable for losses arising from using the site or dealing with a business found on it.
